About us

We started because agency hand-offs were costing clients money

Three agencies, three invoices, three strategies that contradicted each other — and no one accountable when the numbers didn't move. We built PulpScale so a client could have one team answering for every channel.

Our story

Where the idea came from

Most of us spent years either inside marketing teams or at single-channel agencies. The pattern was always the same: an SEO agency, a paid media agency and a web developer, each doing competent work, none of them talking to each other.

The costs of that showed up everywhere. Ad campaigns pointing at landing pages nobody had briefed. Site rebuilds that quietly destroyed years of search rankings. Content written for keywords the paid team was already buying. And when results stalled, three agencies each pointing at the other two.

One team, every channel, fully accountable — so nothing gets lost in agency hand-offs, and every channel is built to compound the others instead of competing for budget and attention.

We are India-based, which means our cost of delivery is lower than a US, UK or Australian agency's for the same standard of work. We pass a genuine share of that on rather than charging local agency rates — which is why our clients in export markets pay well below their local benchmark without getting less.

Our promise

Every idea, fully squeezed. Every brand, fully scaled.

We commit to extracting the most valuable, high-leverage opportunities inside a business before spending a single rupee or dollar on execution.

Mission

To extract the raw potential inside every business we work with and scale it into measurable digital growth — through data-driven marketing, distinctive design, and technology that performs as good as it looks.

Vision

To be the most trusted full-stack growth partner for ambitious brands across the USA, UK, Canada, Australia and India — known not for vanity metrics, but for the revenue we put on the board.

Positioning

For growth-focused businesses — from ambitious startups to established enterprises — who need one accountable partner across marketing, design and technology, PulpScale Digital is the full-stack growth agency that pairs performance-marketing discipline with premium creative craft. Unlike traditional agencies that specialise in a single channel and outsource the rest, we build strategy, creative, media, web and CRM under one roof.

Core values

What we hold to when it's inconvenient

Values are only real when they cost you something. These have each cost us a deal at some point.

01

Growth Over Vanity

Every deliverable is judged by pipeline and revenue — never by likes, reach, or impressions alone.

02

Radical Transparency

Clients see the same dashboards, spends, and results we do. No black boxes, no vague reporting.

03

Craft as Standard

No templated thinking. Every brand gets a strategy considered on its own merits, not a repackaged deck.

04

Speed With Precision

We move at startup speed without cutting the corners that protect brand quality and compliance.

05

Partnership, Not Vendor-ship

We operate as an embedded extension of the client's team — accountable, proactive, and invested.

06

Constant Reinvention

The same restlessness that drives every founder we work with is built into how we test and improve.

Timeline

How we got here

  1. 2023

    Founded in Bengaluru

Started as a three-person performance marketing team with a single conviction: agencies fail clients at the hand-offs between them.

  2. 2024

    Web and creative brought in-house

Design and development joined the team, so campaigns and the pages they point at stopped being built by different companies.

  3. 2025

    First cross-border engagements

Expanded into the US and UK markets, building the per-market strategy and compliance practice that now serves six regions.

  4. 2026

    Automation and CRM practice

Added AI automation and CRM consulting, closing the loop from first ad click through to closed revenue in the client's own systems.

  5. Next

    PulpScale OS

A client portal giving every account live access to campaigns, pipeline and reporting in one place. In development now.

How we work

The same five steps, every engagement

01

Audit

Week 1

We go through your analytics, ad accounts, site and CRM before proposing anything. You get an honest read on what's working, what's leaking and what's worth fixing first — whether or not you hire us.

02

Strategy

Week 2

A prioritised plan built on the audit: the channels worth funding, the sequence to build them in, the metrics we'll be judged on, and what we're deliberately not doing yet.

03

Build

Weeks 3–6

Tracking, campaigns, pages and automations go live in priority order. Measurement is fixed before spend scales, so you're never optimising against numbers you can't trust.

04

Scale

Month 2 onward

We push budget and effort toward what's producing pipeline and cut what isn't. Every month ends with what changed, why, and what happens next.

05

Compound

Ongoing

Channels start reinforcing each other — organic feeds retargeting, CRO lifts every source, CRM data sharpens targeting. This is where the returns stop being linear.

The team

The people who'll actually do the work

No account-manager layer between you and the specialists. The person who builds your campaigns is the person on your call.

Founder & Growth Lead

Spent eight years running paid media in-house before concluding that the problem was never the channel — it was the gaps between them.

Our culture

Remote-first, written-first, no heroics

Remote-first, deliberately

The team works across three time zones. We optimise for written clarity and deep work rather than meetings that could have been a document.

Learning budget, actually used

An annual budget per person for courses, certifications and conferences, plus dedicated time to use it rather than a fund nobody touches.

No heroics culture

Sustained overtime is a planning failure, not a badge. If a project needs weekends, we scoped it wrong and we fix the scope.

Client work you can name

Everyone owns accounts and presents their own work. Nobody spends a year producing slides that someone else delivers.

Clients

What working with us is like

We'd been scaling something that was quietly losing money on two of our best-selling products. The margin model was uncomfortable to look at and completely changed how we buy media.

Priya Raghunathan

Founder, Verdant Skincare

We were one board meeting away from cutting the channel that turned out to be involved in most of our closed revenue. That's a sobering thing to discover.

Daniel Okafor

VP Marketing, FlowStack

The text-back alone paid for the whole thing. We were losing jobs every single day just by being up a ladder when the phone rang.

Marcus Bell

Managing Director, Coastline HVAC
